Established in 2000 with a focus on the commercial sector and industrial estates, the portfolio was subsequently extended to include agricultural land, residential lettings and furnished holiday cottages.
Derbyshire is our geographical focus, although our investment portfolio reaches nationwide from industrial premises in Scotland to Cornwall’s Porth Beach.
